If you want to activate your ENPAY POSTPAID TAG device on the OPEN BALKAN platform, you need to send an OPEN BALKAN ACTIVATION REQUEST to the email openbalkan@allyes.global with the following information:
- Name and surname of the user of the ENPAY application
- serial number of the TAG device (11 digits visible on the TAG device or the last 11 digits visible on the ENPAY application in the section “My account / Overview and adding TAGs”)
- Vehicle registration plates (domestic or foreign plates, entering is done with plain letters Š=S, Ć=C, Ž=Z, Ü=U, Ç=C, Ö=O etc. )
- Toll category (1. passenger vehicles and light trucks, 2. larger vans, 3. smaller trucks and buses, 4. large trucks/trailers – you can find precise instructions on the website of JP ROADS OF SERBIA)

After we receive your REQUEST by email that you want us to activate your ENPAY TAG device at the OPEN BALKAN system, the data of your TAG device will be imported to the OPEN BALKAN platform and only then you will be able to open an account on the OPEN BALKAN web platform via the link that we will provide you.
From the moment you send us a request to access the OPEN BALKAN platform, it will take a certain amount of time for us to import your TAG serial numbers into the OPEN BALKAN platform. When the data import is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us that you can start opening an account on the OPEN BALKAN platform and connect a payment card. By connecting the payment card, you have completed the onboarding for the selected country in the OPEN BALKAN system.
When the other countries are onboarded to the OPEN BALKAN platform, you will be able to connect your TAG and your payment card with them as well. The payment card connecting process will be required for each country individually.
All tolls that you made at OPEN BALKAN member states using ENPAY TAG devices, will be charged directly to your payment card from these countries. Charging will be done automatically within 24 hours directly from your card.
ALLYES / ENPay will continue to be your provider for all highway toll usage in Serbia and will charge you 2 times per month (roughly 1st and 15th of the month)
Legal entities / business clients function identically as Individuals – the use of TAG devices in roaming is only possible by paying with a business card.
